Here at FoxFit Body with our small groups and community approach, even without your best bud next you, it still feels like you’re working out with family!

We have a range of difference class to help you improve your over all health and confidence.

SMALL GROUP STRENGTH TRAINING

Want to get stronger, leaner and healthier in a friendly supportive small group environment?

Learn how to lift correctly for maximum results, with the added accountability of training partners. Training sessions are held with up to three participants, we have two training sessions per week for a 12 week period.
