Foxfit’s Small Group Strength training is designed to completely reshape your body, in a supportive environment.

Strength training is the ONLY proven, non-surgical approach to building muscle mass AND changing your body composition.

So turn fat to fit, flab to fab, with our structured progressive overload programs.

How Does It Work?

With small group strength training you will:

  • Create friendships and learn how to lift and spot safely with your training partners.
  • Learn how to achieve maximum muscle recruitment, activation and overload, to create the body you dream of.
  • Increase muscle tissue to turn your body into a fat burning furnace.
  • Improve your posture, range of motion and movement patterns to feel less aches and pains and be capable of new things.
  • Training sessions are held with up to three participants, we have two training sessions per week for a 12 week period.
  • All major muscle groups are utilized and your individualised program is based on your goals.
